BIO

Ben graduated from Columbia University with a degree in English literature, a 172 LSAT score, and too many books for his bookshelf. His next two equally difficult and important goals? Buying another bookshelf and helping you get into law school.

Hailing from the strange and distant land of Westchester, Ben grew up loving comics and science fiction novels, Seinfeld reruns, and linguistics. He also just happens to enjoy the mental challenge and logical acrobatics of the LSAT. (Seriously—he took a sample test and thought it was fun.) He comes from a long line of teachers and has always been passionate about education: the more you learn, the more you love to learn, and nothing will get you farther in life than a powerful curiosity. In particular, he believes studying for the LSAT can teach everyone to approach problems more rationally, and he’s a big fan of that.

In his free time, you can find Ben reading too many books, writing plays, looking for new foodie spots to sample, checking out invented languages, and listening to podcasts about (but being too afraid to try) complicated role-playing games. If you really want to get him going, ask Ben about Victorian poetry or his favorite superhero movie.
